Q1: What if the item I receive is defective (DOA, dead on arrival), incomplete, or damaged?

This is to ensure the quality of service, and also enhance shopping experience via website. A: Yes! All the products offered online are VAT inclusive. Freight Free for any purchase above Php1,000. Payments
Q1: Can I just settle my payment with the delivery messenger(COD)?
A: Sorry, we do not honor Cash On Delivery (COD). A: Yes we do! You will have to deposit the check or cash to our assigned bank account. We will only consider it as full payment once the check payment is cleared. We will then proceed with the delivery. A: PAYFREE(load.com, E-Phone wallet members) payments can be confirmed right away. All paid transactions will be reflected in your account. Cash payment will be confirmed in the next banking day before 2pm through E-Mail, All Cash payment made from Friday to Sunday will be cleared on the next Monday. |
