E-Phone Co, Inc. is one of the leading retailer of wireless telecommunication products in the Philippines. We currently held seven retail stores in major SM malls and Robinson Malls.

Branch Managers

Job Description :

Manage the day-to-day retail operations of a Standard E-Phone store carrying mobile phones and impact the long-term growth of the company. Responsibilities include:

  • Staff management such as hiring, training, disciplining and motivating the staff to both reflect business strategies and achieve sales goals
  • Inventory management where the proper inventory mix has to be matched to market needs, merchandize assortment to be reviewed on a regular basis, and planning to optimise stock level and stock mix to reflect sales, buying trends and customer demands.
  • Sales management, to uphold excellent quality in conjunction with efficient and friendly customer service and establish and implement action plans in cooperation with the Retail Manager to develop sales for each product category and clientele.
  • Presentation of merchandize following proper visual presentation guidelines to project the e-phone image and benefit sales.
  • Administrative management for overseeing all facets of store operations including time-in/out, billing, daily reconciliation reports, bank statements and sales reports to head office and Retail Manager.
  • Reporting, to inform the Retail Manager of decisions and procedures relating to business issues made at the store level and provide clear and informative business reviews.

Qualifications :

  • Male or Female, must not be older than 30 years old
  • Must be a college graduate
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years sales and supervisory experience
  • Must be analytical and computer literate
  • Excellent motivational and communication skills.
  • Hardworking and with good presentation skills




HR Manager

Required skills and experience :

  • Formulation of policies and procedures.
    > Recruitment and Training.
    > Organizational Development.
    > Compensation and Benefits.
    > Labor Laws/Standards.
    > Strategic Planning.
    > Business and Personnel Administration.
  • Excellent command of the English Language.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills-able to assess and prioritize appropriately.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge in MS Applications is a must.
  • In-depth understanding of Philippine employment statutes and practices.
  • In-depth understanding of Philippine employment market, compensation trends and local best practices resources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail and result oriented.

Qualifications :

  • Candidate must posses at least a College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Strong technical and practical knowledge of the key HR areas (Recruitment, Training, Labor Relations and Job Profiling).
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Must be at least 35 years old
